1. What will show on my credit card ?
- Our trading name is "KINGOFTHEBLING we are listed as a gift store.
2. Privacy Policy
- drchronic.Com does not keep any records of clients nor any information created when visiting this site. Client information is kept private during any transactions and deleted/destroyed once that transaction is over.
3. Do you ship world wide ?
- we only ship where the possesion of hemp seeds is legal : we strongly advise you check your countries laws and read out disclaimer notice before placing orders all orders are placed at the purchasers own risk
4. Do you ship in breeder packs ?
We ship using the following methods you can select which one at check out
stealth with breeder packs / seeds repacked
This means we will take the seeds out of there original packs repack them in a safe and stealthy manner and send them to you and included the original seed pack with your shipment , large orders will be sent in multi orders
stealth with out breeder packs
as above but with out breeder packs , we will code the seeds so you know what is what if you choose more than one varity
CD case
This method is more risky we do not recommend this for customers outside the UK
6. How can I pay ?
- Credit cards : We accept all major credit cards including gift cards
Money orders : made out in USD payable to "OH YEAH "
Uk postal orders : payable to "OH YEAH "
Cash : No coins please
For large orders you may be asked to pay monies direct into our bank account details will be given on request .
7. What if my card is declined ?
- We have no idea why your card was declined, it maybe the information you gave us was incorrect unfortunately if you wish to reorder you will have to go thru the order process again via the web site . If the card is declined on more than 2 occasions , we would suggest finding a alternative method of payment .
8. What kind of Money order will I need ?
- A regular home land Money order is ok made out in USD $, you can get these from the USPS, Wal-Mart , 711 and many other outlets in the USA .
- please note for order outside the UK all payment must be in USD
9.What if there is a problem or my good are out of stock ?
- We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes to your order Will you notify me when the items are dispatched ?
Yes , if your e-mail address is included with your order we will notify you when your items have been dispatched .
10. How do you send your seeds ?
- We send our seeds in plain packages (stealth) there is no indication as to whom they are from we send them regular mail .
11. Do you ship growing equipment outside the United kingdom ?
- Unfortunately we are unable to ship growing equipment / hardware / nutrients outside the united kingdom mainland .
12. My seeds have been damaged in the post ?
- Please return the damaged items with proof of purchase ,including the original packing material and we will replace them upon receipt.
13. My seeds will not germinate
- We carry out regular tests on all our seeds as do the breeders ,Our stock is always fresh , it is not our policy to sell seed stock more than 6 months old .
If you do experience problems we suggest you contact the breeder and inquire if any other consumers have experienced problems . We will NOT replace seeds that have not germinated due to grower error .
14. What is the price in USD ?

15. I have not received my goods yet ?
- If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to 8 weeks. Letters get returned to us every week because an improper address or recipient name is used. It takes up to five weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to resolve the problem. E-mailing us everyday will not help the situation .
16. Shipping Options
- For customers in the united kingdom we use royal mail special delivery
This option cost £5.00.
For customers in rest of the world we offer a regular airmail service. This option cost $10.00 / 10 Euro no signature upon delivery
- we are unable to use couriers such as Fed Ex or similar for express shipments .
We accept no responsibility for items shipped to countries where the importation of hemp seeds is prohibited please check with your national guidelines before placing your order .
5. How long will the delivery take ?
Order placed in the Uk will be delivered next working day where possible , orders to the
Europe and rest of the world 14-21 days however,this depend on your local postal service
we can not express your seeds and for security reasons only use a regular mail service .
